Chatfield & Company is a collective dedicated to promoting knowledge on how to create a harmonious home environment for parents and children. Cinda has worked for over 20 years as a Child Development Specialist, Parent & Family Educator and Advocate.

During her career, Cinda has served the special needs and typically developing population and their families. An important focus has been educating families on creating peaceful, positive and proactive home environments.
